Amanda and Rob Mitchell in Merton craft an award winning, unique and rare “cognac style” liqueur. Their craft distillery is nestled in the foothills of the pristine Strathbogie Ranges. The blueberries and red currants are grown organically on the property and the 20-year-old brandy is aged in French and American oak casks. Dare to be different?
