As outlined a partner is a café, restaurant or similar that sells local food and wine and or uses local produce on their menu. It is expected to be a partner member of our group, that a partner would achieve least 2-3 items as listed below: 1. Stock or sell at least 4 local Murrindindi - Upper Goulburn Wines (grapes must be grown here in the geographic indicator known as Upper Goulburn Wine region) 2. Sell local produce ( ie local preserves or jams) 3. Showcase on their menu 1- 2 local seasonal produce items i.e. local trout, local potatoes, oil etc. 4. Offer a regional producers platter ie ( not limited to but can include: local olive oil, olives, breads, meats, smoked goods, cheese, eggs, shredded trout or fish or stone fruit.) 5. Use local roasted coffee or teas. 6. Utilise in house seasonally grown herbs, fruit or vegetables. It is paramount that if you showcase local produce that is highlighted on your menu i.e. the local producer’s business name and or nominate locally sourced if you use more than one supplier. It is also encouraged that your staff are aware of local producers and can point this out to visitors to your business. As way of your membership please tick and or nominate what items which you have at your partner business. Each application can be verified with a copy of your menu.
