this mark is to showcase local produce.

This pertains to:

Beef; Fish Products: Pickle Relish: Relish (pickle) being goods in Class 29

Bread; Honey; Relish (condiment); being goods in Class 30

Citrus fruit; Fresh; Fresh citrus fruits: fresh berries; Berries, fresh fruits; Horticultural produce; Unprocessed agricultural produce; Unprocessed berries none of the foregoing being blackberries being goods in Class 31

Wine being goods in Class 33 *

The trade mark is subject to the following endorsements:

“* It is a condition of registration that the trade mark will only be used in respect to wines produced from grapes grown in the UPPER GOULBURN area of Victoria.”

 This trade mark will be further supported by a Code of Practice for members and will govern its usage on locally made products.
